I would receive emails apologizing for the delay but they never could give me a date. Kept getting told was searching for carrier when chatted w/them. The day a carrier was assigned we were given only a few hours notice. While our auto did arrive in the condition it left Utah in except for road grime (which can't be helped on an open carrier) the time frame was not what I had expected. The transporter was nice and maintained communication once our vehicle was in his care. The transport company was great but shipacardirect needs some work.

Our apologies for any inconvenience you experienced. We are sorry to hear about the lack of communication and delays in your shipment. Unfortunately in the transport industry delays do happen and this is why we do not guarantee dates. It is always best to have a back up plan when shipping. We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to improve on the time frames that our carriers provide
