This was my first experience using an auto carrier. To say that I was a bit nervous to put my car in someone else's hands to ship it clear cross-country would be an understatement. However, the process couldn't have been easier or gone more smoothly than it did. Everyone I dealt with from ShipACarDirect to the actual driver of the carrier were incredibly professional and kept me informed of pick-up and arrival throughout the entire process. My car was delivered quickly and apart from being a bit dirty, it arrived in the exact same condition in which it was loaded onto the carrier. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to friends and family alike.
