I liked dealing with the rep. Easy to talk to and tried her best. The delay in pick up was not the company's fault. It was the carrier who was contracted with. But the car was still delivered timely and basically to the door. Did not have to go somewhere to meet the driver. That was extremely helpful and appreciated. The car was delivered dirty on the outside, but in all fairness it went cross country on an open truck.
