As this was my first experience with shipping a vehicle I did not know what to expect. "Ship A Car Direct" selected a transport company and followed up at every step of the transaction and service provided. The transport company was also VERY attentive to keeping me informed of their progress and when to expect delivery. The vehicle arrived with NO damage, NO issues and NO problems. At delivery the two drivers/loaders were careful and treated the vehicle with the utmost care. I could not be more satisfied with both "Ship A Car Direct" and "BBN Transportation LLC". Both companies were very professional, courteous and honest. I would certainly recommend the use of both of these companies to anyone looking to transport their vehicle across the country or across the state. I will certainly look to use the "Ship A Car Direct" service again if the need ever arises. Thank You !
