I needed to get my mother-in-law's car in Florida TO my house in Massachusetts. I had very clear help and advice from Jennifer at Ship-a-car-Direct. Moving the car in this way was less expensive than my flying to Florida and driving the car back would have been. The driver was a bit hard to communicate with (didn't return my call, and gave me short notice upon arrival of the car) HOWEVER, the driver was very friendly, and the car was delivered without a scratch, and it was overall a very good experience. I will call Ship-a-car-Direct when I need to move family cars around in the future. The company did ask me to review them, but I would have anyway, as I always use reviews myself when deciding on services, restaurants, and hotels.I paid a fair price, had a car moved very quickly, and I was very happy with the communication and help that I received from an employee named "Jennifer" at Ship-a-Car.
