This was my second time using Ship a Car Direct. Drivers were courteous and professional. The only hiccup was that an hour before, on the pick-up day, the driver called and wanted me to meet him at a different location than the one originally agreed to, with no explanation. This inconvenienced me because I had to get a friend to meet me and give me a ride home. Otherwise, all was successful.
