My experience with Ship A Car Direct was fantastic. Bruce, my broker, was very professional, courteous, and handled my questions promptly and to my satisfaction. I was constantly kept in the loop about when my carrier would arrive for pick up and delivery, and to make things easier, I was also given his cell phone number. The email communication from your website was also very helpful. I thought the app to photograph the car's condition at pick up was very clever. The carrier did a thorough inspection of the car when he picked it up and then emailed a bill of lading to me. Upon delivery my son checked out the car which is in great condition just a little dusty which was to be expected. All in all it was a fantastic experience and when I ship another car to California I will definitely use Ship A Car Direct again.
