First time shipping a car and it was a great experience. I shopped around , after speaking with a handful of people I felt comfortable going with Ship a Car Direct because of Bruce. He was easy to talk to, explained the whole process, and was always around to answer my questions. Car was picked up a few days after the date I placed on the pickup which was fine, I was in no rush. The driver of my car did a great job communicating and let me know the day my car was ready along with his status. He even let me change the delivery address of my car so we could accommodate him better. I highly recommend using this company, I know it would be hard to get the same carrier but he was great too!
