The car was picked up and delivered by a friendly, knowledgeable driver. Communication from Shipacardirect was frequent via email, but I'm not sure a human being was involved. I had no problems, so I did not need to contact them. So, I cannot rate their customer service. However the car was picked up and delivered and the carrier Shipacardirect arranged was good, so they did a good job.
