I was very pleased with Ship a Car Direct. I found them using the Consumer Affairs website and they had excellent reviews. I called about 5 other shipping companies to compare and some were cheaper, but Ship a Car had the best value overall, including comprehensive insurance coverage. Other companies had insurance that did not cover weather related damage. I was nervous about shipping my car for the first time, but the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. Everyone involved in the process - from customer service to the drivers - were very reliable and professional. My car arrived early and was in perfect condition. I used the Ship a Car Direct app upon delivery and arrival to document via photos, which was very helpful. Overall, everything went perfectly, I had peace of mind and I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a safe and reliable car shipment.
