Hello Grace,
When placing an order with us you authorize us to charge the card once we secure a carrier for you. This is done automatically by our system for every order, and it is written very clearly and in bold when placing your order. Stefan tried to explain this to you, however, once you started to curse and use profanity he ended the call. None of our employees here deserve to be treated in that manner.
