Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we are sorry to hear that pick up did not go as planned. Unfortunately lead time in this industry does not help secure a carrier sooner. We can only book your shipment based on carrier availability. Glad to here that once your car was picked up it was delivered safe and sound.
