I have never shipped my car before so I was very guarded about the process. The only issue was that my car arrived too early while I was still driving across the country. Since the drivers get paid once they deliver, I was nervous about what would happen because I still had 2 days left on my commute to California. I called Ship-a-car and they reassured me that it was not my fault that the car arrived earlier than expected. They dealt directly with the dispatcher and the driver waited in California till I arrived with no issues attached. He delivered my car the morning after I arrived (and when I originally expected my car), in the same exact condition that I gave it to him. The whole thing was easier than I could have imagined.
