Scheduling was difficult to coordinate with my travel schedule. The car was picked up later than expected with short notice and the driver asked to have the car driven about 30 minutes from my home to meet him, rather than door-to-door service which I had paid for as reported by this company. Phone customer service prior to the order was fast and informative by Scott. Price was the best I could find from all the companies I quoted (about 5 of them) and was about $400 less than the other company I almost used. The driver had an accent that was hard to understand over the phone, however he was accomodating to help deliver the car at a convenient location for me. He did arrive the night before expected delivery and when I requested to receive the car the following morning (as stated on my order to deliver no earlier than), he did come the next morning but arrived 2 hours before we agreed he would arrive, waking me up and requesting I come out to get the car immediately which was a little surprising. However he was nice and the car was in the same condition as when it was picked up so I was happy with that.
