Had a bit of trouble having accountability on the driver's end of the deal. Communication with the driver was hit or miss and ended up picking the vehicle up 2 days late, and dropping off 2 days late. The representative I worked with, however, was very quick to reply to my concerns and questions regarding the process. Biggest Pro I can state: Very friendly and quick response time from representative. Biggest Con I can state: Communication issues on the driver's part.
