Thanks for your review and we are sorry to hear that the move did not go as planned. Lead time does not help get a carrier secured sooner and we never guarantee dates. Our record shows that your cars were picked up on the estimated date and delivered a day earlier than estimated once we dispatched your car to a carrier. The first available date your car is ready to be picked up is not your scheduled pick up date. Any questions you can always call your sales rep or our customer service team.
