Excellent and professional customer service from start to finish. Car arrived early and in perfect condition and carrier was very nice and professional. Bruce at Ship A Car Direct helped us every step of the way. Car was picked up 3 days after our first available date and arrived to WA two days earlier than estimated. We had to raise the price a couple times before a carrier accepted the job, but Bruce had informed us ahead of time that this is sometimes necessary. The carrier kept us informed of when he would arrive to deliver our car and and was right on time. We were pleased that we chose Ship A Car Direct to transport our car to WA.
