Overall, the service was great. My only bone to pick was the dates I originally requested for pickup and delivery were honored as approximate dates only. Having this 'emphasized' up front would have saved me some unnecessary stress. However, once the dates were set, everything went very smoothly. I would use the company again...knowing now how the process really works.
