This company did a great job setting up a carrier for me. They kept in contact with me when I had any questions or needs. I was told everything up front and there wasn't any hidden fees. Customer service was responsive and timely. The only issue that I had was from the carrier that picked up my car and delivered it. I would not use FastLane again since I made all the calls for updates and not the other way around. The driver kept pushing my delivery time back and I basically didn't get my car until 24hrs later than the original date and time. I understand things arise but I was promised and reassured I would receive my car but it became repeatedly changed. I lost an entire day sitting at home waiting. The carrier's problem doesn't reflect on this company since they did all that they could to figure out the issue with the driver and keep me informed unlike the driver.
