Car transport was simple, straightforward, and cost what we expected

That said, the driver was friendly and did his job well. Car pickup took about 15 minutes, though the driver was about an hour later than we expected due to SF Bay Area traffic. Dropoff was around the expected time, and took about 10 minutes.

The car was transported in good condition, with the addition of a surprising number of squashed bugs. It had been placed on top of the carrier, in the front. If you ship your car in an open carrier, don't wash it first!

I have another car to ship, and I would be happy to use Ship a Car Direct or the carrier that they contracted out to again.
