I expected to run into some hiccups with the process, and I did, but overall I had a good experience. There was some confusion over whether or not my pickup had been rescheduled (i.e. my order was canceled but then I got a call later on from the driver saying he was still planning to pick up my vehicle). Angela helped me problem solve a pick-up solution in advance, so this ended up not being a big issue. My driver was very nice and communicative.
