This was the second time I used Ship A Car Direct for moving my vehicle cross-county, the first experience occurred two years ago. Both experiences were much better than I expected. The pick-up and drop-off were roughly on time (give or take 24 hours), and the car was delivered in good condition both times without any additional damage. The two different carriers I was assigned (one per episode) were both very professional and easy to contact during transport. The first time I worked with Ship A Car Direct it was difficult to consistently reach a representative if I had questions or concerns, but since then it seems they have hired an office representative to take customer calls (Scott) which greatly improved ease of communication. Shipping a car is a bit of an anxiety-provoking experience in general, but I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct if I every have to do it again.
