I had never used a service to transport my vehicle prior to this and I educated myself online by viewing some "how to" videos and looking for best practices online. All of that really helped me to understand the process and help me locate Ship A Car Direct. I had a really great experience with Stefan on the phone. There were only 2 hiccups: 1) I left a voice message that got lost and I had to email a few days later to get a response and 2) I was surprised and confused about the fact that no one bid on transporting the car until the last day of my transport window. I wish I had understood that part of the process better - and it was stressful waiting to the last minute for it to be scheduled.
