The experience overall was okay .
At first the company was late on the pick up time. However John the customer service rep responsible for my case my a huge difference. He kept in touch with me all the time and made sure I was informed of all the updates . John made the experience and the process easy for me. If it was not for John then this would be an entire conversation .
The car delivery itself was shorter than expected and the cars arrived ahead of time . They cars were in good condition. No issues noted .
Overall good experience , I would have hoped they arrived to pick cars on time but it was okay . Please be aware that in your contract they give you an estimated time of pick up so they were well within their legal rights .
