Frankly, I heard so many bad incidents about transport company. When you look on the internet, there are a ton of people still operate and doing business with people. They do transport but not like this company. They give the guarantee on any problem if happen. Furthermore, people answer the phone directly if available not just computer generate or foreign tongue you hear.
The process was clear and all perfect. The driver who inspects my vehicle has the better eye than me. Some of the scratches he finds on pick up inspection are really thorough and precise. When I receive the car it just got dirty on transit other than that all perfect.
