The shipping was overall a good experience. The customer service was quite good. I don't think they needed to send quite as many emails as they did, but I'd rather too much communication than too little. My only complaint is that I had been told we would get 24 hours' notice of pickup, but we were actually informed of the pickup the same day the pickup occurred. The same was true for the delivery. Luckily it still worked out on both ends. The day of delivery I received several phone calls from the driver updating me on delivery time, which was helpful.
