My experience was seamless in every way. The car was picked up and delivered as promised with no issues and excellent communication all around. No surprises and totally up front. Picked up when agreed upon and delivered at the expected time. No damage at all. Driver was pleasant, patient and courteous and the booking agent was totally a pleasure to work with.
