I had absolutely no problems throughout the entire experience of shipping my car to Florida. They picked up the car on the day agreed to and actually delivered it to my daughter in Florida several days early. In fact they picked my daughter up at her apartment to take her to get her car. There was no damage to the vehicle and they we communicative throughout the time they had the car. I would use ShipaCarDirect again without hesitation.
