Pick-up and Delivery (Mostly) as Expected- Great Service

Went with Ship-a-Car-Direct based on reviews here. Overall, very satisfied with service. Pick-up was on first day as promised. Only minor issue was truck driver didn't want to come into neighborhood, so had to drive car to a shopping center parking lot. He cited lack of space for loading, but 18-wheelers do come and go in our neighborhood. Not a big deal however. For drop-off, dispatch and driver initially promised a day, but couldn't deliver until a day after. Also, not a big issue as it was a total of 4 days from origin to destination. Car arrived quite dirty, but thankfully no scratches, dents or other issues I had been worried about. Best part about whole transaction was great communication by Ship-a-Car-Direct, the transport company they chose, and the driver. Price was fair, not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. Would use again in the future.
