I'm satisfied about the service provided by Ship a Car Direct. The staffs are always accessible with email and phone. They are always patient with customs to discuss issues and concerns. The shipping is smooth. After shipping, my car is intact with a little bit dust, which is totally acceptable. They are serious about the followup of service and willing to hear any feedback. It is very impressive. The only thing needs improvement is on the time window for pick-up and drop-off. If the time window can be limited within a single day, it would be great. Overall, I'm very happy to use Ship a Car Direct as my carrier for shipping my car. Thank you!
