I used ship-a-car-direct for a cross country transport. I was worried because friends of mine had bad experiences with transport companies in the past. Fortunately, my experience was different. This company was great. They were in constant contact the days leading up to the pick up. And, gave great service during the pick up and delivery. They even have an app for reporting any damage or problems that arise. I would highly recommend that anyone considering a cross country transport of their vehicle should contact ship-a-car-direct before all others.
