Had a car shipped to Maryland from my in-laws house in Texas. Ship-a-car Direct set me up with a transport company who had their driver come out and pick up the car. It was all pretty straightforward. The driver called me about an hour and a half before he arrived to confirm pick up location. I had the driver meet me at a nearby shopping center parking lot because my street is narrow and it would have been difficult to navigate with the 18 wheeler. This was not a problem. The car even showed up a day or two early. I wasn't in a rush to get the car, which made the experience less stressful, but even if I was it would have ended up alright. Would use again.
