I had a horrible experience when a previously shipped car was damaged going from TX to MA and returning to TX. I'm talking about not using soft ties and damaging parts underneath the car, putting the Land Rover on the very top and scraping the roof and busting out the rear window on the return to TX. I was skeptical if there was any auto transport company that could deliver a car in the same condition from pick-up. Ship A Car Direct gave me the driver's name within 2 days of getting the process started and Johnny, driver, was kind and courteous and kept me apprised as to his location and expected delivery date. Happily, there was no damage to the Jeep, delivery went without a hitch and, if in the future I need to ship a car, I won't hesitate to use Ship A Car Direct. I chose not to shop around as I had done the first time. One gets bombarded with auto transport companies and I didn't want to go through that again. I chose SCD based on their reviews. I highly recommend jumping to the head of the line and dealing with an auto transport company that knows what they are doing, truly believe in great customer service before, during and after the shipment is complete. date
