This is my second time using this service, and I thought that they did very well once again. They call in advance to let you know when the driver will be arriving to pick up the car, as well as when they're dropping the car off at your destination. David was also helpful in answering any questions I had regarding payments, time schedule of shipping the car, and other useful contact information. The prices offered are pretty reasonable too, so as a whole, if I ever have to ship a car, I will most likely use Ship-A-Car Direct again.
