Responsive and did the job. Carrier came two days earlier than expected and I had to drive about 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the car, but they were understanding and gave us a discount. I wish I was told a day or two beforehand that a carrier was secured. I instead had to wait for a call on the day-of pick-up and make last minute plans to be at home and have the car ready in an hour. I was also a little confused about what I am paying and to whom. Other than that the car arrived in perfect condition and all of my questions were promptly answered. There were other companies that offered cheaper quotes but the fast customer service, reviews and resources available with Ship A Car made it a no-brainer. It was overall a carefree process and I would book the same company for when I need to ship my car back to California.
