Having never shipped a car before and not knowing what to expect, Kay talked me through how things worked. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there wasn't much communication from the actual company who shipped my vehicle. I called the company and asked when I might expect my vehicle to be picked up and I was told they would call me back to give me a better idea, well no one ever called me back.
