Ship-A-Car was recommended to me by a friend when I needed to get my car moved across the country with minimal stress or headache. The reps were helpful in talking me through the whole process (e.g. explaining that carrier bids/acceptances would not come through until closer to my pickup date, or warning me that the carrier might need a three day pickup window), and so there were no surprises. The videos on the website were short and helpful as I got my car ready to go. As far as the actual transport goes, my car shipped with Balasa Transport. The driver was friendly, responsible. Although the car was picked up half a day later than scheduled, he was still able to get it across the country in one week. It was a good experience overall.
