I was hesitant to sign up with any car transport company because I had a bad experience 7 years ago with another carrier, who made a huge dent on my car and didn't care. So when I had to transport my car again, I really looked into the companies with the best reviews and looked for authenticity. Although Ship A Car Direct was a little pricier than the other quotes I got, I really liked all the positive reviews and decided to book with them. I also felt very comfortable after talking with Bruce - I felt he was genuine. I was beyond pleased with the result. Everything went very well, in fact, way better than in my wildest dreams! First of all, my car was picked up on the very first day of availability. Then, my car was delivered in perfect condition all the way across the country in just 2 days, which I did not expect at all. The driver of the company that actually transported my car was very nice and down to earth. He even stayed in touch with me during the 2 days he was transporting my car. I have one more car to transport next year and I will definitely be using this company again, Ship A Car Direct. They were awesome.
