I have a 1997 Camry, and didn't want to add all those miles by driving it to Albuquerque. Our preferred pick-up date was May 1st. as I was flying out on the 3rd and my husband would be starting his drive the same day. I was quite certain after talking with dispatch, that it wasn't going to happen on the 1st That was ok. since I had a day built in as a buffer. I did let them know I needed to leave town for the airport by 6PM on the 2nd. My car was picked up on the 2nd, around 12:30 and dispatch was in contact with me, as well as the driver. My car was dropped off on the 6th. Driver msg me 4hr before arrival and again 30 min before arrival. Only thing I noticed was the steering wheel cover was dirty, but not a big deal, it washed off. I will add that i was pro-active and made contact a couple of times to check on status. Dispatch was knowledgeable and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use them agsin. Please note: technically they were a day late, as that was my request. But, they were up front about letting me know that I should have a Plan B.
