1st time ever trying to ship a car. It turned out much easier than I expected. Read good reviews about Ship-A-Car-Direct and decided to give a try. Kay was very helpful, patiently answered my questions and responded promptly when I called for more questions. The car was picked up the 2nd day after I placed the order. Trucking company gave notice prior to arrival, on time both at pick-up and drop-off. The truck driver was very professional and pleasant. Very glad it turned out to be a good experience.
