Classic European car delivered from Pa to FL. 1st time using a car transport company and I would unequivocally recommend ship a car direct. The process was explained in depth and step by step by Scott, no surprises. He kept me informed via email and when I called him direct he always answered my questions and concerns. The only unnerving part of the process was the "last minute" delay with them actually securing a driver - not their fault and is simply the process. I requested to have my car picked up on a Tuesday with a delivery date on a Friday, turns out that is more of a "window" which for me was fine, because it didn't matter when the car was picked up or delivered. I received an email from Scott on Weds stating that a driver was secured and that my car would be picked up Friday. It was delivered Sat by Paul from Unique Carriers, Inc. I spoke directly with Paul once he accepted the contract and could not have been more happy/satisfied with them too - professional, courteous and informative on the ETA of the car. I will definitely use ship a car direct in the future should I require to have another vehicle shipped.
