I was really glad the courier matched did a good job by delivering my car on time and without damage.

However, the process leading up to the pick up was no as pleasant. I booked with Shipacardirect more than three weeks in advance for a price of $925. Nothing happened near the pick up date and I had to call their customer rep everyday to get an update. However still, they weren't able to schedule a pick up during the pick up window despite me stating that I would no longer be present at the pick up location on a certain day. Eventually, the pickup was schedule four days after pick up (two days after I've already left and a friend had to take care of the car).

In the end, Shipacardirect charged me $150, and I still had to pay the carrier $850 for a total of $1000. I think this is the worst part of my experience, not that $1000 isn't fair, it's just how Shipacardirect initially offered me $925 for the shipping, which was one of the reasons I chose Shipacardirect.

I wouldn't say this whole shipping was horrible because my car did arrive on-time and damage free (which is most important to me), but there are lots of room for improvements to their operation and communication.
