David (I believe his last name is Franco, but I am not 100%) on that, was excellent and responsive. He was on top of everything throughout this process and whenever I had a question for him, he was able to answer. The transportation company (Pacha) did a great job transporting the vehicle and followed through on their promise to deliver by Thursday 3/30. Overall, it was a positive experience and I will book through your company again if the need for this service ever arrises again. I look forward to receiving my rebate.
