One of the best experiences arranging the transport of my car. My car broke down at the last minute and there was a possibility that shipment of my car would have to be postponed. I was panicking because I had to have my car at its destination in order to start a new job in another state. Matt from ship a car direct was on the phone with me the entire time helping me by offering possible solutions to the problem. He called every carrier at the last minute to find one that would pick up my car at a later time the same day in order to give me the opportunity to fix my car so that it could be transported as scheduled. Everything worked out and my car was shipped and arrived at the destination in time for me to start my new job. Matt clearly went above and beyond my expectations. His customer service was phenomenal!!!
