This is first time we ever shipped our car and the we were impressed by the efficiency of the whole operation. The Customer Service reps and drivers too were really nice and informative. If the need arises we would definitely use this service again! The car was dirty from the outside which is expected when shipped in an open trailer. Apart from that, no complaints!
