The days involved between the order and final delivery was a little more than expected, but speed was not the prime concern. I, as seller, and the buyer, were more interested in a problem free transport in a covered carrier. I was impressed that the driver was able to negotiate my subdivision streets and pick my car up at my house, even though he was driving a tandem pair of enclosed trailers. Kudos for that. He delivered to the buyer's house in a heavy rainstorm, and unloaded the car without incident. The reason I ranked 4 stars is because I and the buyer had to chase down someone at Kwik Trans in order to know when the car was going to be picked up, and then when the car was to be delivered. They could have been more pro-active in keeping us informed. Otherwise, we were pleased with the services provided by Kwik Trans. Scott, at ShipACarDirect helped a lot in getting us information and contacts when needed.
