Eric at ShipaCar Direct gave very clear description of what was involved and provided a great follow-up. The driver from Ace responsible for pick up was accessible for planning, called one hour ahead as promised and gave an update when 10 mins away from the pick up location for me to drive the car down to the meeting point I had proposed (our residential street was too narrow for a home pick up). He was extremely polite. Likewise at the delivery end: the driver was in frequent contact with my son to provide an exact time to arrange to meet and as promised called an hour ahead to my son's friend to confirm being at the pick up location (again residential location not suitable for a drop off). First class service, highly recommended.
