I was extremely nervous to have my car transported for the first time. Ship A Car Direct did a great job communicating with me throughout the whole process. Once my carrier was assigned, Freedom National Carrier, the driver (Lou) remained in contact with me consistently. My car was delivered on time without damage. I would definitely work with Freedom National again through Ship A Car Direct.
