Working with Scott was a great experience. His customer service, educating me on expectations and process, follow through, was the reason i chose Ship a Car Direct to have my car moved across country. The shipping company sourced had decent communication, and got the car to the final destination before expected. It was open container and the car was dirty, but i understood why and wasn't bothered by it- nothing a trip to the car wash couldn't fix. I felt like i got a fair deal with the transport.
