When we started the process of finding a transport company for my mom's car to ship to Florida it was so confusing...too many Transport companies with to much to say to you to get your business. We pulled back and reorganized our search based on the BBB. That's where we found Ship A Car Direct and Scott. From the start Scott walked me through the process, he was honest and informative. He did what he said he would do in the time that we requested. Every time I called or emailed with nervous questions he would again go over step by step what we needed and what would happen. He found our driver, Dan, who called us and talked us through his step by step process. He was so nice, very professional, prompt, kept in contact with us and he was patient with us. He picked up when he said he would and delivered when he said he would. Everyone delivered and made us feel comfortable through this whole process. Next time we won't be nervous, we've found the people to count on!! Thank you!!
